As a finance veteran with over 25 years’ experience, Graham’s career spans investment banking, fintech trading platforms, and leading elite sales and relationship management teams. Graham ran the regulatory board for both Refinitiv and LSEG’s MTF businesses as CEO, and has a deep domain understanding of financial markets and insights from overseeing some of the world’s largest FX platforms. He has held leadership roles at JP Morgan, Thomson Reuters, Refinitiv, and LSEG and has an MA and LLB from the University of Glasgow.

Teddy has 10 years’ experience within the eFX market, specialising in business development, relationship management and sales. Having worked on the sell side responsible for EMEA eFX sales at Credit Agricole CIB he has deep understanding of the requirements necessary to grow a bank’s eFX franchise. He has also held positions at some the largest electronic trading platform providers and exchanges; CME Group, FXall/Refinitiv and LSEG in both London and Hong Kong. Teddy has an MBA from Cardiff Business School and a BA from Cardiff University.

Richard has over 25 years’ professional experience as a technical leader and architect. He has worked across various aspects of the industry, building and integrating systems for Risk Management, Treasury, FX and Short Term Trading desks. He has held positions on technical steering and architecture committees at top tier firms including Brevan Howard, 360T and PIMCO.
